Sarah E. Bagley is an accomplished educator with more than two decades of experience supporting transformative learning for students and teachers. She specializes in instructional technology, equity-driven practices, and student-centered instruction, consistently driving positive outcomes in diverse school communities.

Sarah currently serves as an Instructional Specialist with Dallas Independent School District, working with students in grades K–3 to build strong foundational skills in reading and math. In this role, she designs and delivers engaging, differentiated learning experiences that help young learners develop confidence, curiosity, and core academic skills.

In addition to her direct work with students, Sarah serves as an instructional coach for K–3 teachers, partnering with them through co-teaching, lesson modeling, and collaborative planning. She equips educators with practical tools and strategies to meet diverse student needs, integrate technology effectively, and create inclusive, culturally responsive classrooms.

From 2021 to 2023, Sarah served as a School-Based Technology Specialist in Virginia, leading the strategic integration of technology to enhance instruction and foster innovation. During that same period, she also served as a School-Based Equity Co-Leader, collaborating with school leadership to advance culturally responsive practices and nurturing, inclusive school cultures through professional learning and equity-focused dialogue.

Earlier in her career, Sarah served as an Elementary Math Instructional Coach (2005–2012) and an Elementary Alternative Education Teacher (2003–2005), experiences that deepened her expertise in differentiated instruction, behavior support, and coaching teachers across a range of contexts. These roles laid the groundwork for her strengths in relationship-building, instructional leadership, and systems-level improvement.

Beyond education, Sarah draws on her experience navigating a cross-country move, starting over professionally, and facing personal fears to connect with diverse audiences. She speaks and facilitates sessions on resilience, navigating change, communication, and conflict, giving people practical tools to handle grief, uncertainty, and new beginnings with courage and clarity. Alongside her work in schools, she writes inspirational blogs that explore major life transitions, overcoming obstacles, and processing grief while still moving forward, inviting readers to reflect, reset, and take purposeful next steps in both their personal and professional lives.

Sarah has completed doctoral coursework in Educational Leadership at Wilmington University, holds an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Virginia State University. She is certified through a Virginia Teaching License (PreK–6) and a Texas Educator Certificate (Core Subjects with STR, EC–6).
