He is an accomplished Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant with extensive expertise in Organizational Leadership, Management, Human Resources, and Adult Education. With a unique blend of service, positivity, excellence, authenticity, and deep knowledge, Neco has crafted a leadership and coaching style that empowers professionals and organizations to elevate their performance and achieve their goals.
Neco holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University and a Master’s degree in Education from Central Michigan University.
His distinguished career in the U.S. Air Force saw him rise to the top 1% of his field, culminating in his role as Executive Director of Training and Development for all first
Sergeants in the U.S. Air and Space Forces. Along his journey, Neco honed his leadership skills and developed a passion for nurturing talent and guiding others to overcome their fears, build confidence, and reach their full potential.
Throughout his career, Neco has observed the impact of unrecognized potential
and overlooked talent within organizations. His mission is to help leaders and future
leaders overcome these challenges, ensuring they survive and thrive, transforming into
first-class leaders who drive success for their teams and organizations.
Outside of his professional endeavors, family is at the heart of Neco's life. A devoted father of five and grandfather of three, Neco and his wife have been sharing a beautiful journey filled with challenges and triumphs. His family serves as his greatest source of motivation and inspiration.
