As an expert on stress and burnout, Aileen has helped companies and associations of all sizes manage their stress. She has been
included in The Boston Globe, and past clients include: Harvard T. Chan School of Public Health, CVS Health, Akamai Technologies, America’s Test Kitchen, and Harvard Ed Portal.
Through her interactive, evidence-based programs, she helps exhausted professionals restore their energy, feel their best, and do what they love. Over the past 15+ years she’s helped thousands of people and has presented both in person and virtually to global audiences.
Aileen earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Villanova and master’s degree in counseling from Northeastern. She complemented these studies with a 200-hour yoga teacher training, Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching certification, and Meditation Teacher training. Aileen believes that happiness in our careers can make us healthier, and, being healthier can enable us to thrive in our work.
