I am a female disabled veteran who served 26 years in the United States Air Force. I am the CEO of Disabled Veteran Small Business Owner of CS Global Development. Specialty: organizational analyst of performance and safety culture for families, churches, businesses, and national/international organizations. Speaker, coach, and trainer for organizational and performance and safety culture, career development, leadership principles, and financial management seminars for the Department of Defense (10+ years). I am a Distinguished Graduate of the United States Air Force Noncommissioned Officer Academy. I am the only female United States Air Force graduate of both the United States Navy Senior Enlisted Academy and the Swiss Armed Forces Academy.


Education: Master of Arts Degree in Psychology, (dual emphasis Combat Related Posttraumatic Stress Disorder and Trauma and Grief Counseling). Counseling experiences include pastoral, marriage and family, addictions, drug and alcohol abuse, stress and crisis management, and military resilience. Doctoral Candidate for Organizational Development (Emphasis on Leadership), Counseling Experiences: marriage and family, addictions, drug and alcohol abuse, stress and crisis management, and military resilience. Certified: Behavioral Analysis Consultant and Parent and Family Coach. Board Member for Albuquerque Public Schools Redistricting Committee. Two Consecutive Appointments for New Mexico (currently serving) U.S. Commission for Civil Rights.

Community involvement includes an appointment by the U.S. Commission for Civil Rights, Vice Chair for a New Mexico House District, Notary Signing Agent for the state of New Mexico, previously serving as an Executive Board Members for Rebound New Mexico, and editorial author for Georgia and New Mexico.
