The Boom Events that started it all:
At 21, Anton almost died from a workplace explosion (a switchboard went boom). That moment sparked a global mission: to ensure no leader ever has to tell a family that ‘We could’ve done more.’ Today, he teaches leaders, and teams, how to put people first, to act with emotional intelligence, and how to drive a safety-first culture.
At 31, Anton suffered through the WORST types of leadership (leaders went boom). Leadership that was aggressive, abusive, and abrupt ... all at the same time, and all having a devastating effect on Anton's emotional state. Today, Anton teaches leaders how to have a positive impact on their teams, and to lead with psychological safety, in a way that upgrades, upskills and uplifts teams.
At 51 (ish), Anton was on a Power Station site that blew up, literally (the plant went boom). That world scale incident cut off power to the whole of Queensland, and luckily no-one was injured. The site leaders stepped up to the challenge and led strongly. Today, Anton teaches leaders how to be better at leading under pressure.
