Dr. Roundtree is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as a Corporate Trainer and Certified Image Consultant. She is also the author of "Beyond the Boardroom: Learn how to play and win at the game of corporate politics". She has taught and conducted workshops on various topics, including: Entrepreneurship; leadership development; image management; business etiquette; proper interviewing; corporate politics; public speaking; effective selling and conflict management skills. Her passion is helping individuals to successfully accomplish their personal and professional goals.
Prior to academia, Dr. Roundtree had a thriving pharmaceutical sales career at Janssen Pharmaceutica, a Johnson & Johnson company, where she won the coveted President's Trophy with her colleagues ranking #1 in the nation and where she personally ranked #2. She was also a Financial Services Consultant for American Express Financial Advisors and obtained other professional sales and entrepreneurial experience. Currently, she is the Program Director and Assistant Professor for Business Administration at South University.
Her educational background includes graduating with high honors with a Doctor of Ministry degree from South University, a Doctorate of Business Administration degree from Wilmington University, an M.S. degree in Professional Leadership with a concentration in Training & Development, and a B.S. degree in Business Management from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Roundtree resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
