Inspiring people and teams to make Heart-Shaped Decisions

Graham Frost was born into a fundamentalist cult. By the age of 12, he was questioning whether the strict lifestyle was how he wanted to spend the rest of his life. At the age of 17, Graham decided to leave his entire family and go into the world alone. This was the first time he is conscious of having made a Heart-Shaped Decision.

Two years later, having been influenced into a life of petty crime, Graham found himself in a young offenders' institution. A conversation he had there with one of the officers convinced him to change his life again - another Heart-Shaped Decision.

In his early twenties, and in a happy relationship and having started a good job, Graham was diagnosed with testicular cancer. Another opportunity to make a Heart-Shaped Decision. To fight, and not give up in the face of adversity.

The basis of Graham's talk about Heart-Shaped Decisions is founded on his early life. He includes other stories which are dependent on the audience. For young people in schools and colleges, Graham focuses on the early part of his story growing up in a cult. For young offenders, the focus is the activities that took Graham into a life of crime and how one conversation helped him to find a way out of that criminal lifestyle.

Finally, for a corporate audience, Graham will invite the audience to consider how Heart-Shaped Decisions might benefit their customers, employees and ultimately the success of their business.
