For the past 20 years, Lindsay has been working almost exclusively for Dale Carnegie Training, a global workplace learning and performance organization, with offices in over 80 countries. Within the BC Franchise, Lindsay began as a sales consultant and instructor, having also served as Managing Partner for a period of time between 2004-2007. Lindsay Benard has become a "household name" to thousands of students taking the world renowned Dale Carnegie performance-based programs.

Lindsay's specialty is in corporate development and transitioning, working within companies and corporations developing their people to higher levels of performance and expertise in their fields. She works passionately and diligently with people to find new and better ways to approach issues and challenges and she is a strong advocate of Albert Einstein, believing "the mind that created the problem, will never find the solution".

Lindsay holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of British Columbia with a major in psychology, a minor in Organizational Behaviors, as well as a degree with Sauder Business School through the University of British Columbia. She is an honoured member in Stanford's Who's Who, as well as a member of alumni of University of BC, the International Women's Organization, the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals, the Mortgage Brokers Association of BC and of course she is a proud member of the Dale Carnegie Trainers Alumni.
