Genuine Self is Genuine Leadership. Inspire change in the minds of your audience through uplifting engagement. Uncover their insight and let the learnings run deep.

It's increasingly clear that as we evolve, that it's how we use our time that counts. Our emotional intelligence is on the increase as is our sense of control.

Workplaces want more productivity, happier people, engaged communities and increasing bottom lines. People want meaningful lives, to feel happy, connected and achieve their desires.

We are emotional beings. New research shows our genes are a part to play in how we act, though we unconsciously control whether those genes are in play.

We have much more control than we know.

When we learn to manage our emotions and our state of mind, we have more ability to influence and drive our own performance. We can use our time to our advantage. Ultimately enabling self-fulfilment.

(It's deep, we know, but with deep comes change).

Suzanne's own research shows that self-efficacy is the number one factor for moving from intention to action, and she explores this fully in her talks.

Her personal story of a nervous breakdown at age eight, foster care and teenage homelessness, gives her a first hand experience of the adversity that can occur in life. This gives ample reason for her to enthusiastically impress on others, the importance of living life by their own standards.

Add these experiences to her extensive behavioural change, neuro-linguistics, adult learning, engaging with large audiences skills and qualifications – she is a brilliant fit for events that want their audiences to experience:

  • high energy, motivational and uplifting stage presence
  • a range of connection to emotions that increases engagement
  • up to date educational material that informs and is meaningful
  • a very strong call to act on increasing development at work and at home.
