NY, USIn 1997, Bill started his own full-time private practice offering employment counseling and training, and then a few years later formed The Skills Emporium LLC. While operating this business he co-authored a 2 ½ year research book on How To Implement And Manage Telework (Telecommuters), served as president to the National Employment Counseling Association and in 2002 was the Keynote presenter for Mid-Atlantic Networking for Career Development Association (MANCDA) Conference, Timonium, MD.
In 2006, Bill started attending, joined and was accepted as a professional speaker by the National Speakers Association (NSA). He served as secretary for two years for the North Texas chapter of NSA.
Bill earned a Master of Science from Rochester Institute of Technology in Career and Human Resource Development in 1990. Since then he has completed an additional 21 doctoral level credit hours in Technology Education and Training. His Bachelors is in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. In 2008, he was recognized by the National Employment Counseling Association with the Judy Gohegan Doi award (the highest award this counseling division can bestow) for his service, advancement and research in the employment counseling field.
In July 2013 he returned to his home town area, Binghamton, NY.
