He was responsible for conceiving and implementing a more efficient way of communicating with its 40-million customers, dramatically raising the value of customer interactions, while saving millions of dollars in processing costs.
Bill lives in Oak Park with his wife, three children and two dogs. He has completed several marathons, including the Boston Marathon. Bill has served as a director on several non-profit boards, and in his spare time helps coach in the vicious dog-eat-dog world of t-ball and youth soccer.
