Raised in the vibrant landscape of Colorado, I’ve always enjoyed exploring the outdoors, whether it’s on mountain trails or fly-fishing rivers. I’m a proud husband to my wonderful wife, Megan, and a father to three amazing boys.
With nearly 14 years of experience in people development, including six years in leadership roles, I am passionate about helping leaders grow—not just in title, but in influence. I believe that leadership isn’t about authority; it’s about impact. My approach centers around leading from your seat rather than your title, empowering individuals at every level to create positive change.
I began my career in education, earning a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education, where I not only taught but also collaborated with fellow educators to enhance our skills and maximize our impact. I later earned a Master’s in Curriculum and Instructional Strategies, which equipped me with expertise in content development and reinforced my passion for helping people learn and grow.
After transitioning from the classroom to a role as an instructional designer, I had the privilege of working with leaders nationwide across various industries. My journey has included leadership roles in nonprofits, education, retail, and the federal government, giving me a broad perspective on leadership challenges and opportunities. These diverse experiences have shaped my creative, people-centered approach to leadership and professional development.
