Concetta Lewis, the founder of Leadership, Teaching, & Learning, helps women master leadership principles implemented by the most successful leaders in history. As a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Speaker Concetta facilitates "Lessons in Leadership" for women currently in leadership positions or emerging female leaders.
Through a series of "Lessons in Leadership" program participants recognize that everyone is a leader; however, how far your personal influence will extend depends on your leadership capacity, not a title or position. Program participants learn to recognize and develop confidence in their strengths to achieve personal, career, and financial goals.
Concetta has over 25 years of successful leadership experience and currently serves as Assistant Superintendent of Special Populations, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with Rochester Community Schools in Oakland County Michigan, and previously served as an Executive Director with Ann Arbor Public Schools. She is the Vice-President of the Michigan Association of Administrators of Special Education, a Past President of the Michigan Council of Exceptional Children (MCEC), and has been awarded national fellowships for outstanding leadership and advocacy.
