Eric Quon-Lee

I reported to Eric for a 12-week internship within VBS this summer. He provided me the ability to be resourceful and grow a passion for Visa. The vast knowledge within fintech, payments, and his admiration for learning was an inspiring part of working with Eric. Highly motivated, he was always my go-to when approaching a new solution. I am grateful to have been a part of his work.

Eric is (hands-down) the best networker I've ever met- he even has authored a few books on the subject. I'm consistently impressed with his professionalism and stellar reputation within the fintech community (and beyond). He'd be a valuable addition to any team.

I've had the pleasure to work with Eric on numerous consulting projects throughout my tenure at Detecon. Whether it was as part of a larger team building an operational roadmap with individual work packages or a small team where we mutually agreed to divide responsibilities among the team members, Eric has always been a thoughtful and caring team member and leader. Eric takes the time to not only understand the project requirements but those of the team assigned to it as well. This produces a positive work environment that is simultaneously fun and productive. I wholeheartedly recommend Eric on whatever endeavor he chooses to pursue as I know he will succeed 110% at it.

I had the wonderful opportunity of working with Eric on a number of strategic and operational topics during his time with the Deutsche Telekom Group. Eric is an extremely outgoing individual who has a natural tendency to lead and inspire individuals to take an entrepreneurial mindset to their careers, irrespective of corporate or start-up. He also actively juggles multiple assignments and is regarded as an expert in building relationships by his peers. I would highly recommend Eric for any role requiring forward thinking, sound execution, and complex interpersonal / relationship management.

I've had the pleasure of working with Eric on various projects during my time as a Management Consultant at Detecon. As a project manager, Eric showed excellent leadership skills by successfully managing large project teams and demanding clients spread across different time zones and continents. He has always put customer demands first and has a proven track record of delivering under tight deadlines and limited resources. Above all, I was impressed with his ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Eric is a great team player, hardworking and always eager to help and assist both his colleagues and his customers, and is highly appreciated by both.
