A father and husband, you'll often find him watching superhero shows with his son and reality tv with his wife lol.

He owned his first business at 7 years old, his lemonade stand allowed him to pay for him and his cousins to go swimming everyday for two summers! As a diversity educator, he started teaching students in the classroom in 2010, thereafter, he's spent almost a decade cultivating his intergroup dialogue facilitation and curriculum development skills at multiple division one universities. His eyes were opened to the impact he could have on communities after he became a certified social justice educator through the Social Justice Training Institute (SJTI). He has worked in many industries, however, higher education helped him develop his abilities to consult with multiple departments and create trainings for all employee levels within the organization. Through training and consulting, Dar learned that he gets energy from speaking in front of crowds, working one on one with clients, and discussing solutions with organizational leaders from different backgrounds. His work helps clients openly question and challenge the status quo, which he believes is the best way to positive change.
