Mark Goodwin is a Lifestyle Medicine Coach, Retired Navy Chief and Corporate Executive Chef who's passion is "What influencers are blocking us from achieving what we desire most."

As Owner of All-N-Won Wellness, Mark brings together 30 yrs of experience as a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Coach, Certifies Corporate Wellness Specialist, Personal Trainer, and Executive Chef. Mark focuses on all aspects of Mindfulness, Food Choices, Physical Activity, and Environmental Influences. Mark brings a multi-disciplinary approach to impacting long-term lifestyle habits that affect health and wellness. Mark is a retired Chief Petty Officer and Training Officer with a U.S. Naval Reserve Fleet Hospital located at FT Dix, New Jersey. During his 20-year career, he received two "Sailor of the Year" awards, four Navy Achievement medals and one Naval Commendation Medal for his accomplishments in Food Service, Operational and Administrative Training Programs.

Mark has spoken with  Accenture (Merck),TMG Health, Crozer Keystone,  West Chester University, Chester County Hospital, ACAC Fitness, and Wellness Center, Chester County Intermediate Unit center, local community groups, and churches. He has been featured on local radio and Chester County Daily Local newspaper. He had his first article published in Main Line Today magazine, which serves the Philadelphia suburbs, in August of 2002. The magazine selected him as one of the "Top 33 Men to Watch on the Philadelphia Main Line" for his Culinary Wellness program in April of 2004. He also worked with the Produce for Better Health Foundation and Wal-Mart in the development of recipes for some of their national programs.
