Polly has over 30 years of experience in both fields of food and fitness.  

She is a chef, the author of two natural foods cookbooks, has co-hosted 3 separate healthy cooking television shows, and conducts the "Lifestyle Challenge" food and fitness course at several corporations in her home state of Florida.

On the fitness front Polly continues to actively teach for the love of teaching. She is nationally certified as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, yoga instructor, weight management counselor and just recently got Zumba certified! She presents for the fitness industry and has 2 exercise DVD's that focus on the working person's busy schedule: Flexibility & Balance and Road Warrior Fitness.

Through personal stories, most very funny, some very moving, Polly shares how the use of humour, positive  attitude and appreciation is the magic in managing stress, boosting morale, increasing productivity and promoting health and wellness.
